Hurricane facts!

 Hurricanes..As you may know loads of hurricanes have occurred during our centuries. One of the worst hurricanes was The 1900 'Galveston’ hurricane, it was known as the greatest natural disaster to ever strike the United States. The storm is said to have caused 8,000 deaths and some have reported that it caused 12,000! Crazy! Winds evaluate at 140 mph swept over the island, leaving devastation and sadness in their wake. Has a hurricane ever struck New Zealand?? Yes. Cyclone Giselle was the worst storm recorded in New Zealand history! It hit Cape Reinga in the early morning of April 9th 1968 and reached Wellington on the morning of the 10th of April! Only 3 people died!

Bermuda Triangle

 On the 15th of July 1954, I was on a plane, the plane was called “Air base 654” and our destination was Florida. We had to fly through the ‘Bermuda Triangle…’ Obviously, I had heard of what happened when you went through it… I wasn’t ready to die yet. We were there as soon as we entered the zone.. Our plane started shaking, I had fallen out of my seat, my head hurt really really bad.. I heard the intercom say “Passengers, our plane is going through turbulence please stay seated as we try to fly out,” About 15 minutes later… Oxygen masks fell down above us and the intercom said, “Passengers, please put the oxygen mask that’s above you on,” I heard some of the babies in the backseat crying. I was near the pilot room and I had heard the pilots screaming “MAYDAY MAYDAY!’’ I got up and looked out the window to see we were falling into the deep...deep...ocean. I also saw that some of the passengers were knocked out.. I thought to myself “Is this how I die?” “Is this it?” yes in fact it was..I couldn’t even say goodbye to my parents, they were the reason I was heading to Florida. I had looked down and I watched as we were falling.. I could hear booms and cracks in the cloud’s and I knew this was one of the final moments I would be here. I started crying and my best friend was next to me. I knew she had fainted as I should’ve too. I took off my oxygen mask and I said “Goodbye everyone,” Just as I thought we had hit the water.. We strangely flew up.. I was in shock! How was this possible? I heard the intercom say “Passengers, We have not hit the water in fact we are flying straight back up in the air,” I started crying in joy. I shook my best friend and she woke up, I hugged her tightly. She was wondering why I hugged her and she said “What’s going on?” “Why are you crying?” I said “We did it..We survived!” She looked at me in shock and looked out the window and said “Wait..Where are we?” “I looked out and I saw she was right.. Where were we? I could see clockworks and I also saw a few strange looking creatures. We were definitely not in the Bermuda Triangle anymore. I saw a tentacle grab the plane. It pulled down the plane into the ocean.  To be continued….

Miranda	Her height is: 5’6 Her haircolor is: brown She has a very kind heart. She is courageous and kind and loves going for adventures. Her father is strict. Her clothing style is vintage, cottage core. Miranda has a shy side especially when she meets new people.  Miranda loves to help little kids. She loves smiling at little babies whenever she walks past. Favourite hobby: Reading.	She shows up to people's houses in nice clothing. She loves to help others who have been hurt. One time, she gave candy to a little kid who dropped her ice cream. She loves to go down to the lake for an adventure. Sadly, she has a strict father. Whenever she is sad she will look up at the sky. Everyone in the town knows Miranda, because of her kindness.
Smiling stranger. (Smiling stranger)	His height is: 5’8 He loves making others ‘excited’  for one of his tricks that won’t even work. His hair colour: blonde HE IS NOT TRUSTWORTHY. He tries to act so ‘kind’. He will go to different town’s, ask them for money and apparently “make their wishes come true No one knows his name, that's why they call him the ‘Smiling stranger’. He likes money that’s why he always scams everyone and he makes their wishes come true but… with a consequence. He will do anything to scam people out of their time, joy and money…	The smiling stranger loves to go around towns and get money for himself.  Whenever he doesn’t get money, he will get angry and chase you till you give him the money. The Smiling stranger is known amongst other towns but they don’t call him the smiling stranger they call him bad, BAD names.  He always shows up in villages in carriages or other fancy stuff just to bribe people. He only likes fancy stuff.  If you are not agreeable to his offers he will chase you or burn your village down so you HAVE to pay him.  He whips his horses so they won’t stop galloping. He lives in a rich and “fancy” home because of all the money he earns everyday. The Smiling stranger is wanted in every village right now for bribing and stealing. His parents disowned him because he only used his parents for the riches that his father and mother earned everyday.
